SPECIAL EVENTS
Family Fun & Movie Night
On Friday, August 27, families are invited to join in for an evening of games, snacks and the movie, "Hoodwinked"!
This event begins at 6:30 pm and will take place in the air-conditioned fellowship hall. Everyone is invited!

GRACE NOTES
Grace Notes is open to all children in Grades 1-6 and emphasizes the importance of worshiping God through music. Adults also lead hands-on groups such as dance, crafts, drama and sign language. Children are encouraged to become worshipers while using their skills and talents to glorify Jesus. Grace Notes provides opportunities to minister in the Sunday Celebration gathering and in musical outreach events. Questions may be directed to Margaret Shuey, Grace Notes director.

SUNDAY MINISTRIES TO CHILDREN
Nursery and toddler care (birth through age 2) is provided during the Biblical Education hour and the Celebration Service for children through two years of age. Toddler nursery care includes and age-appropriate teaching time.
Biblical Education is offered for all children ages two through Grade 6. Children are led to love God, His Word and His creation through teaching, prayer, and activities are shown how to apply God's Word to their daily lives.
Wee Worship Following the time of worship in the corporate Celebration Service, children ages three through Grade 1 are dismissed to the lower level where they are provided and opportunity to praise God, learn His Word and participate in worship with tools that are meaningful to them.
Kids Alive! The second and fourth Sunday of each month, following the time of worship in the corporate Celebration Service, children in Grades 2 - 6 are dismissed to the lower level for Kids Alive! This time consists of a children's sermon or object lesson, scripture reading, a child's faith story, experiential worship and prayer.

KIDSLOT
For families who participate in a LIFE Group. KidSlot is the children's portion of the weekly cell gatherings.
In the LIFE Group children join with the adults for a time of intergenerational fellowship and worship and then separate for KidSlot during the adult facilitation time. After KidSlot, children return to the group for a time of sharing, prayer and refreshment.
KidSlot is led by LIFE Group members dedicated to living out and sharing their faith in Christ with our children. The goals of KidSlot are
- Teach children to learn to apply scripture to daily living through creative, hands-on lessons and participation.
- Pray for those who do not know Jesus and seek ways to share God's love.
- Develop a lifestyle of prayer and worship.
- Train children to experience quality relationships and interaction with other believers, both young and old.
